i have another music-advertising based post coming up of moderate length. so to break it up. i give you Purple.
no, really. ok, i'm not giving you Purple, but i'm letting you in on it. check out the fun here. and if you're still not laughing, try this. still not laughing? you're clearly not a properly vetted ironic creative.

You know, purple is also the colour of the feminist movement (I'm sure you know) - and each year, on the evening of Reclaim the Night, our city streets are flooded with women wearing purple.
I can remember talking to these women who were older than my grandmother. We were walking up to the rally and they were fierce and fascinating. I always think of that when I see purple.
yeah, sucks cos i actually am not that fond of the colour purple, but i suppose i should just be thankful it's not baby pink. i miss Reclaim the Night. i haven't done that since college. that is such a beautiful memory. thanks for sharing <3. when i think of purple, i think of this poem:
I have eaten
the plums
that were in
the icebox
and which
you were probably
saving
for breakfast.
Forgive me
they were delicious
so sweet
and so cold.
